Justin Bieber: "Bad boy"-turned-"generous man"
JUSTIN BIEBER EXTENDS HIS HAND TO THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES
Far from being the bad boy that he is lately, Justin Bieber has extended his help to the Philippines by flying to the country unannounced to conduct a mini-show for the victims. Tuesday, December 10, 2013, news spread in the thin air that Canadian Pop Superstar Justin Bieber flew to the Philippines to see the situation of the people for himself.
In order to give a meaningful closing to his controversial season concert, Bieber flew to Tacloban, one of the hardest-hit areas in the Philippines, to do some act of goodness. JB spread joy to the Filipino children as he tried to perform a number of songs such as “Holy Night”, “Baby”, and “Mistletoe” before the crowd. The controversial singer was also seen playing basketball with some of the young male Filipino residents. Furthermore, photos of Bieber were posted on the internet -- showing his energy to pose for his fans.

JUSTIN BIEBER’S LIFE
At the age of 14, Justin Bieber was discovered through his YouTube clips that were posted by his mother. His song “Baby” has sold a million copies worldwide and also paved way for his other songs such as “Never Say Never” and “Mistletoe” to be produced. At present, he has already won several awards which include seven American Music awards, six Billboard Music Awards, 10 MTV awards, Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal and two Grammy nominations.
The life of the young singer slash actor slash singer-songwriter was followed thoroughly by the press. As he grew up, the people of the world have seen JB in a number of uneventful situations like:
- Smoking Marijuana
- Speed driving at the Ventura Freeway at a speed of over 100 miles per hour
- Arriving 2 hours late in his own concert
- Attacking a paparazzi in London, and
- Cancelling his concert in Portugal 1 day before the actual concert
It was concluded by some that Bieber’s actions were results of his attempt of changing his image from a young boy to a grown up man.
BIEBER AND HIS ACT OF KINDESS
Prior to his flight to the Philippines, Bieber had been very vocal to his fans about helping -- urging them to donate any amount as well. He even said that donating can give his fans the chance of being with him on his record music next year. JB has launched a campaign to raise $1M to help victims of last month’s killer typhoon.
Despite all the controversies that he had gone through, the young singer has regained the people’s sympathy by genuinely caring for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. To conclude this, it is safe to say that Bieber needs not to do crazy actions just to prove that he is a man; Because of what he did a few days ago, everybody can tell that Bieber has really grown up to be a man of generosity.
